If anything, seeing someone be a little immature and flick a camera off light-heartedly makes me hate him a little less. I'm sure this won't play well with the Fundies but if Cheney can fully get away with telling a U.S. Senator to either "fuck off" or "fuck self" on the actual FLOOR of the Senate, then I can't see ANY real public outrage over this. I just think it's a stupid thing to care about or give any thought to. If I saw Clinton do that on some amateur video 10 years ago, I would chuckle.

He reminds me of the "bad boys" in high school who thought they were so tough as they flipped the bird for every photo that was taken for the yearbook. There were a few who did it so much that it became an unconscious habit, and they ended up very embarrassed when they left their little world of high school and had to start coping with something more than adolescents who think you're tough and cool because you're such a badass.

One thing that always has hit me hard when attending high school reunions is what jackasses and jerks the kids everyone thought were "cool" turned out to be, while all the one-time dorks have had very interesting and productive lives ...

This is embarassing in a grown man running for President.

But not surprising for Bush.
