5. You're Basing This
On the assumption that there will be a Senate and House in 2006, and if there is it will be controlled by the Republicans, so don't count on any impeachment proceedings.

Theory: If Bush wins, democracy as we define it will cease to exist.

6. Screw that.
We want John Kerry in the White House, not Cheney or Hastert.

We're gonna win in 2004.

7. I hope so

but history is not on our side. In fact, historically the president's party loses some seats in on year elections. However, if we can re-energize for the next election cycle, we may be able to buck history as well as the republicans.

Editted because I realize that I misread the original message. I thought it read if the good guys win. I am that much in denial of a Bush win. Sorry

8. The odds if taking back the House in 2006 are slim
Edited on Mon Oct-25-04 06:52 PM by Tom Riddle
And would you really want President Cheney? No, If Kerry can't win in 2004, it's Hillary '08 or bust.

On Edit: and if Cheney were to come into office in '07, he could run as an incumbent in '08 ... think about it.
