How to ignore North Korea. How to stir up a hornets nest.
Did you ever notice how well this administration ignores North Korea?

A week before the elections the United States and Japan hold joint Naval maneuvers. Of course North Korea is convinced this is an attempt to blockade North Korea. Paranoia rules, however looking at the history of that part of the World I can understand it. See link:
