show tonight: anti-bully, so far anyway. joan "called" to work for underdog, nerdy student council candidate while the tough, carefree guy is thought to be a lock. joan and friends dont want to be involved because it "doesnt matter anyway"

the bully tells the school about the nerds father being in jail... so joan wants to do the same and get some dirt on them in return. moral dilemma ensues

if anyones interested. i enjoy this show. wasnt sure what tonight would bring but its about student council elections and the many references are not very veiled! also obvious free speech thing going

thank you cbs for this show

propaganda right now.

I'm watching Countdown.

My cable guide says it is Joan of Arcadia but it is obviously WRONG.

3. The star of that show
Amber Tamblyn is a democrat. She participated in some of the early Kerry events. She was a part of the pro-choice march that the Kerry's attended. They had a picture of Amber with Alexandria. The only reason I know is that she used to star on General Hospitals and I still go to her message board. Anyway, back in 2000 when Bush was slected. She was pissed. She posted that he was not her president. This time around she hasn't posted much on the board about it (I guess because she does not want to hurt the ratings of her new show) but she is participating behind the scenes. She is really active with Rock The Vote too. Anyway, I just anted to say that I would not be surprised if the show was on that topic. Also, the other two stars are active democrats so I would not be surprised.

4. It just happens to be a CBS affiliate that Sinclair owns in Cedar Rapids.
I think this is when they are showing that crap everywhere.

:hi: That's cool "that you feel bit kin to my posts"..I love talking about that stuff cause it's my life.

..Isn't DU great for People getting to know about others across our Country, through politics and life situations? :D

No wonder I'm on here 10 hours a day when I can be..because no one around my town is political..it's all apolitical all the time!

My sister loves "Joan Of Arcadia"..I just am more of a CSI personB-) B-)
