- uniform VOTING MACHINES(electronic if necessary, but with a paper trail.. I remember seeing one where you vote, it prints a slip, you look at it, and it gets put in a ballot box. Count the machines, if there's a recount, count the slips in the ballot box.. Australian I believe).
