Why Sinclair's retraction is good news for Kerry
Sure, they're going to still broadcast something, but here's why it's TRULY good news for us.

Could you have seen us pulling this off in 2000? 2002? Hell, could you EVER have seen us using our organization and pressure to force the hand of an opponent?

The truth is people, we are bloody organized and we are energized. We are ready to cast our votes, and we shall do it in record numbers. This is a huge victory for us that we cannot overlook, and more importantly, it's a sign of what is to come on November 2nd.

2. And bad news for our Dem politicians...........
...this time they better not think that they can just shut their mouths, let the repubs do what they want, ignore us and we will just shut up and go away. We ARE NOT GOING AWAY THIS TIME and if they want to be re-elected, they better remember that!!!!!

4. I think the greater victory here is in the event itself.
A lot of people know about the Sinclair spot running. And a lot of people are going to know that due to overwhelming public protest (and the threat of sponsor boycotts), the piece is being pulled. Whoever wins in these sorts of stupid media squabbles often gets labeled "the majority". ;)
