Why is anyone on Kerry's Team talking to Howard Fineman (Slimeman)?

He's on Olberman right now saying that "Kerry Campaign "folks" he talked to are saying maybe it was a "mistake" for Kerry to go after Cheney's Gay Daughter.

Okay...does anyone remember Howard Slimeman from the "Hunting of the President" and the "Hunting of Gore?"

Who are these Kerry Campaign folks that keep getting quoted as "ooohhhh we maybe wish we hadn't said this...or ooooh we wish we hadn't done this?" Who are they? They should be "THROWN OUT!" Do you EVER hear a Bush Campaign spokesperson saying "ooooohhh we wish he hadn't done this or that."

Maybe it's a way for Kerry Campaign to diffuse the issue and folks will say it's brilliant that he had his "ops" talk to "Slimeman" but I've got to be out there canvassing in my Precinct this weekend...and I don't need to hear "Daschle-like Whining" from the guy I'm trying to get elected...

What the hell is going on in Kerry's Campaign. If you back down or give them an "inch they will take a mile and you are ROAD KILL!" :grr:
