1. I just finished watching the C-span video here. You can see plain as day..

Bush saying "Where you going to be later?"

I didn't see the first part, but I know I saw that, and I'm not an especially good lipreader.

....it's his mental health. When Kerry becomes president, Bush knows his four year record in office and the entire Bush administration will be open to total examination and possibly criminal investiagation. Perhaps Bush wants to plea bargain, get a pardon, be protected in exchange for turning in Cheney and promising never to run for office again.
