Blistering ad against George Bush ...
Edited on Sun Oct-10-04 08:02 PM by mzmolly
Ok it's not been made yet, but I'm sure you guys will be on the same page.

The Bushies are coming out with an ad which shows Kerry saying terrorism is a nuisance, :eyes: (of course they took what he said out of context, but we must respond.)

Just after September 11, 2001 Bush declared ON CAMERA:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2001/09/18/wbush18.xml

"I want justice," he said after a meeting at the Pentagon, where 188 people were killed last Tuesday when an airliner crashed into the building. "And there's an old poster out West that says, 'Wanted: Dead or Alive.'"

He then seemed to temper his remarks by adding: "All I want and America wants is to see them brought to justice. That's what we want."

The blunt, Texas-style rhetoric, delivered off the cuff, came a day after Vice-President Dick Cheney said he would willingly accept bin Laden's "head on a platter".

Just 6 months later, Bush changed uhm his mind ALSO ON CAMERA:

http://archives.cnn.com/2002/ALLPOLITICS/03/13/Bush.news.conference/

By contrast, Bush downplayed concern on the whereabouts of Osama bin Laden, saying the accused terrorist mastermind is on the run and "I truly am not that concerned about him."

And just today it was announced:

Bin Laden ‘no longer top target’

...“From the Afghan point of view we don’t want to focus too much on Bin Laden,” said Major-General John Cooper, deputy commander of the American-led coalition forces.

It's time to show America that Bush isn't really concerned with so called "justice" he's concerned with ... oil.

"Have YOU forgotten" ??? George Bush has! :P

3. All the amazing points, all valid, all devastating to bush* & Co, on here
today. Why aren't they being picked up by the people working on Kerry's election campaign?

My constant prayer is "Sweet Jesus, holy Mary, gentle Saint Joseph, please please please feel pity for our country and help us in our hour of need. Please, if there is truth, honesty, mercy, and compassion in this world, save us from these people."

But then again, I suppose that millions since the beginning of time have prayed to their God for help from murderous rules. I so want to believe that good will alway triumph over evil, and these people are truly evil.

11. I don't know why Kerry didn't devastate him with that comment
in the debates. It's sitting there like a fastball belt high, just waiting for him to hit it out of the park. Also the one about the 3 plans to be able to kill Zarqawi before the war started. He ignored all three. Didn't want to turn public sentiment against his intention to invade Iraq.

:wtf: and DOUBLE :wtf: Did they tell you who's cutting peoples heads off now in Iraq?? You Fuktoid degenerate?

17. to be fair to kerry
bush gives him awful lot of ammunition - it must be hard to pick and choose. also, if kerry is smart (which he is) he must surely be saving the most devastating for last :)

4. Standard Procedure?
Don't you retire your operatives when you no longer need them?

I imagine Osama will get some nice perks and eventually blend in somewhere with a new identity.

19. Problem is
he missed his opportunity because the next debate is supposed to be on domestic issues. Unless he sneaks it in. But those were s-s00 devastating. Kerry can't take it for granted people heard this stuff. He had captive audiences to nail Bush to the wall.

21. Strongly disagree. Even if he's caught, it won't be because Bush was
*concerned* about him. :hi:

Either way this works for us. :)
