what accountants used to wear when they balanced the books. It usually refers to someone who is a bean counter...pays too much attention to detail...is too precise.

11. I think this was also a slam on the
rose colored glasses that the Kerry campaign were handing out in St. Louis yesterday. The glasses came with a pamplet about the tings that Bush won't admit are true.
