Is the US selling inferior Drugs to Canada?

It doesn't make sense that we can't buy back our own drugs because they might be unsafe.
And how is it that Canadians can get them cheaper then us when we foot the bill from our taxes for the pharmaceutical cos in the first place

... in the eyes of this administration, Canadians are inferior and do not deserve safe medicine. As a matter of fact, in their eyes, no country in the world deserves safe drugs from the USA. Except France and Germany. You can send them all the heroin and morphine they want. Anyway, this is what Cheney told me.
