He didn't state the truth about why malpractice is so high. It is because the insurance companies lose money in the stock market. He should have said that capping awards is not the answer but keeping worthless cases out of the court by screening them (and keeping doctors from having to hire lawyers for nonsense suits).

It is in EVERYONE'S interest to have a stable Iraq, not just the United States. When Kerry is elected and has a better plan, my guess is that other countries will be lining up to help clean up the mess in Iraq. Bush just doesn't get it. The world doesn't hate America.
