Clearly this guy is reading from a script, as his delivery is amazingly unnatural and PR-spokesman-like.

So, the questions are:

1) why was an actor reading a script about planes hitting the tower and the towers undergoing structural collapse due to the heat of the fires?

2) is this a professional actor*?

3) what does he mean by "mostly" in "Mostly due to structural failure"?

They do look alike, and Humphrey has that suspicious line in one of his parts:
"I'm the one that came up with the plan to go undercover as a phony witness so that I could get rid of the real witnesses."

But the key point for now is the idea that an actor was used.

There is no evidence that this is an actor. You require it to be an actor to satisfy your own already-made conclusion. Until you produce an actual identity, until you produce a paycheck or the actual script, all you have is conjecture about this person.

btw there was not a single elevator going from top to bottom.
all elevator shafts ended at the sky lobbys so there could never ran fuel down the shafts from the impactfloors to the basement cause the fuel had to change the elevators 2 times because there was 2 skylobbys in between the impact and the basement :)

the firemen saw in the Lobby on arrival was due to fire from the 98th floor rather than the

...But that unplanned witness could very well have seen his version of the story from the opposite side of the tower from which the second plane came. I believe at least one of the engines and other debris penetrated the building and "exploded" out the other side.

It may also be possible that the building itself provided a sonic shadow, masking the sound of the approach of the plane, but not the resulting explosion on the far side of the building.

Still, that's a classic example of Fox bullshit that I will forever treasure. Lord below, do I dislike that "news" source.
