Daughter of 9/11 Flight Pilot Is Found Dead After a Fire (coincidence?)
Five years after her fathers plane crashed into the Pentagon in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, a woman was found dead yesterday in a fire at the Galaxy Towers apartment complex in Guttenberg, N.J.
Dec 6

The woman, Wendy Burlingame, 32, was discovered by firefighters in a short hallway between the kitchen and the bedroom of her 10th-floor apartment where the four-alarm fire began, said Edward DeFazio, the Hudson County prosecutor. Mr. DeFazio said the fire, which law enforcement officials are calling suspicious, began shortly after midnight in the apartment Ms. Burlingame shared with her companion and was still under investigation, as was the cause of Ms. Burlingames death. No one else was injured in the fire, Mr. DeFazio said.

Ms. Burlingame was the daughter of Charles F. Burlingame III, a 25-year Navy veteran who was the captain of American Airlines Flight 77, which slammed into the Pentagon on Sept. 11., 2001, killing 189 people.

Mr. DeFazio said her companion of three years was among several people being interviewed in connection with her death. He would not identify the companion, but tenants in the complex identified him as Kevin Roderick.

Sebastian Rojas, 27, lives downstairs from Mr. Roderick. He said that while he did not know Mr. Roderick and Ms. Burlingame well, they were real late-night people whose footsteps, and two dogs, he heard constantly above his head.

The two dogs were also found dead in the home, Mr. DeFazio said.

Shortly before the fire erupted, Mr. Rojas said, there were louder noises than usual coming from the apartment upstairs, like somebody running around up there, like somebody doing something up there in a rush.

9/11 (8:10 am) - Flight 77 takes of from Dulles airport in Washington D.C. in which the Bureau of Transportation Statistics shows no stats for Flight 77 taking off that day, was piloted by Capt. Charles Burlingame who was a Navy fighter pilot and once worked on anti-terrorism strategies in the Pentagon (the same area of the Pentagon that got hit), and one of the many unusual passengers on this flight was an Ex-Navy Admiral who also was a jet fighter pilot that once worked in the Pentagon and was also an American Airlines captain.

"At Dulles Airport, Capt. Charles Burlingame, who had been a Navy F-4 pilot and once worked on anti-terrorism strategies in the Pentagon, was steering his 757, American Airlines Flight 77, down the runway for the long flight to Los Angeles." - Washington Post (09/16/04)

"Mark Burlingame said his brother was in the Navy Reserve and had worked in the same area of the Pentagon where the airliner crashed." - Newsday

"Retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Wilson Bud Falor Flagg was on American Airlines Flight 77 on Sept. 11 with his wife Darlene Ellen "Dee" Embree Flagg.
A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he went on to flight training and was designated a Naval aviator. He was deployed three times to Southwest Asia on the USS Oriskany, two of them combat cruises. He left active duty in 1967 and joined American Airlines and the Naval Reserve.
As a Naval Reserve officer, he commanded two F-8 squadrons and two augment units, U.S. Naval Air Forces Eastern Atlantic and Reserve Readiness Command Region Two. He served in the Pentagon as special assistant to the deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for reserve affairs and as assistant chief of Naval operations for air warfare. He also served as assistant chief of staff, readiness and training, on the staff of commander Naval Air Forces U.S. Atlantic Fleet, and as deputy for reserve affairs on the staff of commander in chief, U.S. Atlantic Fleet. He was promoted to rear admiral in 1986 and retired in 1995 with two stars. He retired in 1998 from American Airlines as a captain, flying international flights." - Defend America

2. (WendyB 1 post) thinks that her father was killed before
interesting...

Either there were no hijackers or they didn't have to get physical and the pilots were knocked out by a gas like many ct suggest and remote control took over.

Or the Hijackers were able to cut down the Navy Pilot and the other military man on board.

It's still interesting that he was the pilot of that flight

It looks like you may not understand what wendyb was saying, and that this thread was intended to exploit another Burlingame death.

edit: fyi, the news of her tragic death was posted in this forum 2 days ago. You might find it helpful to poke around here a little bit.

4. I think that she said her father was dead before
is a good hint that he would fight and not give the plane up. If Wendy is Wendy and if her father was on board of 77.

What is rather suspicious is that there is so much on 77 happening now, Wendy killed, releasing Doubletree video. Why?

I provided also a link that her father was doing anti-terrorism drills.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.ph... and it seems nobody answered on the story you linked.

they knew better than to tarnish the situation with CT bullshit, and that other than "yes, that is indeed a terrible tragedy", there's not much that needs to be said.

55. What is that you guys say "confimation bias"???
Of course, you assume that post is by Wendy Burlingame, but it is highly unlikely that it was her. (and THEY aren't the losers, people who push the agenda of those who invented the 9-11 Myth are losers

from the loose change site:
Now, first and foremost, let me clarify that this is a terrible tragedy, and in no way, shape, or form do we wish any disrespect upon Wendy Burlingame, her late father Charles, or her aunt Debra, who has had some choice words for us before.

Second, we would like to clarify a little something that, of course, SLC is pushing front and center.

Someone by the username wendyb posted in the old Loose Change forums back in July.

Here is the post:

However, if you check the account details of WendyB, this is what you come up with:

So, Wendy Burlingame allegedly made two posts from the United Kingdom, and never posted again, but remained in the United Kingdom until September 4th, 2006, where she last logged in? And since relocated to an apartment in New Jersey?

Again, no disrespect is intended towards Wendy, or the Burlingame family. But unless it can be proven that Wendy was in the United Kingdom from July to September, then we have to assume someone was impersonating Wendy.

No one has ever claimed that Charles was "involved" with the terrorists. Au contraire, Charles Burlingame was perhaps one of the finest people you could ever meet.

In fact, I'll leave it to my good buddy Russ Pickering to sum things up.

Rest in peace, Wendy and Charles.

Rather restricts the debate, unfortunately.

I understand the rationale. But, when the major point that needs to be made is the association of the post (and poster) with unsavory RW actors it would be helpful to be able to name them.

EDITING: I see other mention of that name weren't deleted. I don't really remember what I said--don't think I made any specific accusations. I was trying to be Good.

In any event, when dealing with drainage from Neo-Nazis and lunatic sites, it really is necessary to mention the association with Neo-nazis and lunatics.

42. Chick Burlingame crafted Pentagon plane crash response plans
More to the point might be this added information, originally discussed here by Minstrel Boy in 2004:

Barbara Honegger, who worked in the White House under Reagan, points out another coincidence. Researching press reports, she found a 9/16/01 Washington Post story about the pilot of AA flight 77 that, on the morning of 9/11, was said to have crashed into the Pentagon.

The pilot, Charles Burlingame, an ex- F4 Navy flyer, had, as his last Navy mission, helped craft Pentagon response plans in the event of a commercial ariliner hitting the Pentagon.

Pilot drafts plan for response to Pentagon hit. Pilot winds up on plane that hits Pentagon.

Honegger states that Dick Cheney was ultimately in charge of the NRO exercise on the morning of 9/11. He was in the White House Situation Room for that purpose.
http://www.questionsquestions.net/docs04/0514_coinciden ...

Here's Barbara Honegger:

...the main pilot of the 9-11 Pentagon plane, former Navy and then Navy Reservist pilot Charles Burlingame, had recently, in a Reserve assignment at the Pentagon, been part of a Task Force that drafted the Pentagon's emergency response plan on what to do in case a plane hit the building - which his own plane then did. It is therefore very possible - in fact extremely likely, if not certain - that this 'task force' that Flight 77 pilot "Chick" Burlingame was part of was the Cheney counterterrorism preparedness task force, and that the Pentagon plane pilot, therefore, directly knew and even worked with/for Cheney. and

Burlingame's 9-11 Pentagon plane not only hit the Pentagon that morning, it struck a Command and Control center for that morning's counterterrorism "game" exercise, killing most, if not all, of the "players". We know this because Army personnel from Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey were on special duty assignment at the Pentagon that morning for an emergency response exercise and were killed when Burlingame's plane hit. Ft. Monmouth, New Jersey also happens to be the headquarters for White House/Presidential communications, including therefore probably also for Air Force One (this is discoverable) -- and recall the warning "Air Force One is next" and the 'secret code' which was called into the White House that morning which WH press secretary Ari Fleischer revealed as a means of explaining why Pres. Bush left Florida for a military base and did not return to the White House. This "warning" was probably called into the White House, if true, by either the Ft. Monmouth White House communications headquarters and/or the Ft. Monmouth counterterrorism exercise "game" players temporarily at the Pentagon that morning.

This nexus is completely and totally beyond coincidence....

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.ph...

Note that Burlingame's nickname is spelled both as "Chick" and "Chic" all over the net, and if searching for information on him using his nickname you will need to try both versions.

Just rough it in for me.

On edit: Understand what I mean. This is a thread about Burlingame's daughter dying in a fire. Tell me how Burlingham's contribution to a Pentagon contigency test contributes to a larger picture of his daughter's death.

You see, this daughter posted at a CT site about her grief at seeing her father's name dragged through the mud. So what larger picture does this insinuation about her father contribute to, in a thread talking about her death?
