Israeli Airstrike Kills Hamas Commander
http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory?id=187730&CMP=OTC-RSSFeeds0312

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip Oct 22, 2004 — An Israeli aircraft fired two missiles at a car traveling in the Gaza Strip late Thursday, killing a senior Hamas commander who was among the government's most-wanted fugitives for years the latest in a series of Israeli assassinations that have weakened the militant group.

Adnan al-Ghoul, a founder and the No. 2 figure of Hamas' military wing, was killed along with a lower-ranking militant. The airstrike dealt another heavy blow to Hamas' military wing, Izzedine al Qassam, which is responsible for attacks that have killed hundreds of Israelis during four years of fighting.

3. the cycle continues --
It's been quiet for awhile -- so Sharon has got to stir up the natives so that they'll strike back -- so Sharon can continue the war. . . . . . .

Meanwhile the US gets drawn into this mess and perhaps even gets conned into attacking Iraq ---

and the mess goes on.

Then the radical right on the Israeli side may assassinate Sharon --because he wants to dismantle a few token "settlements" in Occupied Palestine -- this according to a BBC report today. The Israeli radical religious right does have a history of eliminating leaders they disagree with.

I admire the wisdom of our forefathers -- the separation of church and state is one of the most important part of the US Constitution.

During the debate that dumb woman complained about her tax dollars being spent on abortion -- well I object to my tax dollars supporting the continued bloodshed in the Middle east.

4. BWAHAHAHAHAHA
That is just too funny.....when israel nails a terrorist thug, the
insipid hand-wringing of "cycle of violence" makes its usual return.

When some atrocity is committed by a terrorist , well thats different.

{shaking my head in disbelief)
