Protests at Kristallnacht commemoration in Vienna
Protesters waved Palestinian flags and bark catcalls against Israel during the 65th annual commemoration of Kristallnacht in Vienna, Sunday night.

Police had to separate protesters and attendees in the ensuing brawl.

In the night between Nov. 9 and 10, 1938, Nazis went on a hunt for Jews in what later became known as the Kristallnacht, or the Night of Broken Glass. During the night, thousands of synagogues and Jewish businesses were attacked, about 100 Jews were killed and thousands deported to concentration camps in a prelude to the Holocaust.

2. What those protesters did was very offensive and inflammatory...
and they meant it to be so. They should be condemned for it.

9. Ridiculous.
The protest was in Austria. Birthplace of Hitler. Once a part of Nazi Germany. People were waving Palestinian flags. Who were these people? Austrians? Germans? Icelanders? Where in this article does it state that the flag wavers were in fact Palestinians? Where in this article does it state any Palestinian expressed support for Nazis or the final solution? Please point out the relevant information because I missed it in my 3 readings.

Anyone can wave a Palestinian flag. Doesn't make them a Palestinian.
