Senior Jihad fugitive killed in village near Hebron

IDF troops in the West Bank village of Dura shot dead a senior Hebron-area Islamic Jihad leader Tuesday, after he bolted from a house that had been surrounded and fired upon by the Israeli soldiers.

The incident came hours after IDF soldiers in the West Bank arrested nine wanted fugitives of the Hamas and the Fatah Tanzim. One of those
arrested in the overnight raids was a 17-year-old boy who was apparently slated to carry out a suicide bombing in the near future.

but I think I've noticed that they've killed the senior Islamic Jihad leader three distinct times (this deciphered from the dates.) They can't have it both ways. This either proves that:

1. This intelligence is being made up, and there is nothing to suggest that these people are in truth terrorists;

2. The effictivness of these attacks is not very high.
