Ted Nugent Sues City For Canceling Concert

Ted Nugent is suing the City of Muskegon for canceling one of his shows after he made what they called 'derogatory statement' on a Denver radio station.

After a May 5th interview on Denver's KRFX, Nugent was accused by the City of making a racist statement but that was denied by the singer.

PS to Spoonman - Very sneaky, altering the title like that. A casual observer would think that this story had something to do witht he right to bear arms, when actually it has to deal with a world-class asshole who's revered by gun nuts everywhere.

The other day, I contacted the DU administrators and suggested that the LBN rule about using exact titles in post subject lines be extended to Justice/Public Safety. I hope that make that change......
