Man With Child In Car Points Gun At Driver In Road Rage Case

Police said a man with a child in the back seat of his car pointed a gun at another driver in South Strabane Township on June 12.

According to the criminal complaint, Jonathan Pavella, 23, was talking on his cellphone when he was at the intersection of North and Murtland streets. Police said when the stoplight turned green, he failed to move.

That's when police said the driver behind Pavella got upset and beeped his horn at him. Police said that driver then pulled up to Pavella and told him to get off of the phone.

Investigators said Pavella then showed a handgun and said, "Now say something." Pavella is charged with disorderly conduct, terroristic threats, reckless endangerment and child endangerment.

People with that kind of temper usually get in trouble with the law early in their adult lives, aquire a record, and can't pass the FBI background check. He was likely carrying illegally. If he did have a permit, he doesn't now.

Pavella was they guy who got threatened yet the article states he was charged with the weapon violation. Did he get mad at himself for his own stupidity? Poorly written article is poorly written.
