Could this explain why Oswald tested positive in the paraffin test on his hands?

Lee Harvey Oswald tested negative on the test (neutron activation on paraffin) performed on his cheeks (suggesting he could not have fired a rifle) and positive for his hands. But let's see what the FBI Director told the Warren Commission when asked what items, if handled by a person, could raise the levels of substances present in fire arms, thus making a positive result more likely:



Those two items I've enclosed in red rectangles are substances very common in book depositories; and as you know Oswald worked in the Texas School Book Depository.
