ACSA Reporting US Faces an Imminent Nuclear Threat
Source: ACSA | 10:32:19 AM EST

Please note we fought for a few hours deciding whether or not to report this on our website, simply because the evidence cannot be corroborated and confirmed. However, because we do not believe in hiding or suppressing any information, no matter how far out there they are, we will post the alert in its entirety. Please know that TrackingTerrorism is in no way affiliated with ACSA and the views of this article do not necessarily express the views of our analysts.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

CONFIRMATION OF ACSA WARNINGS REGARDING A NUCLEAR BOMB: THE DEVICE BEING SOUGHT BY THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY AND THE DOD IS A FORMER USSR "LARGE SUITCASE" BOMB IN THE POSSESSION OF PAKISTAN INTELLIGENCE OPERATIVES. IT IS REPORTEDLY IN THE PROCESS OF BEING TRANSFERRED TO AL QAEDA FOR USE AGAINST THE US MAINLAND. THIS IS THE THREAT THAT WAS VOICED BY BIN LADEN, ASSAM THE AMERICAN AND THE ANSAR AL MASRI BRIGADE, SAYS THE ACSA.

ACSA has received confirmation of it's warnings to the General Public in November 2004 and since December 2003, that a nuclear device, a suitcase sized unit secreted on the Turkish / Syrian border for several years by Pakistan's ISI, has been readied for use against the United States by Pakistan. ACSA learned of it's alleged existence in 2002 and confirmed it from a number of sources in and outside of the USA in 2003, learning of the plot regarding it's possible deployment against the US in late 2003. (Intelligence gathering was complicated by ongoing efforts by Saddam Hussein, not wishing to be upstaged, to acquire nuclear materials for his own attack on the USA, which effort he was engaged in extensively between 1999 and 2003 culminating in deals behind the scenes necessitating the US invasion of Iraq.) ACSA has learned that Pakistan's leadership intends to give the bomb to Al Qaeda "very soon" so it may convey it to a target near Washington, DC or NYC, for detonation within the next three months, perhaps during the Inaugural Ceremonies January 25, 2005 for President re-Elect George W. Bush. ACSA is seeking information to make it possible to zero in on it's actual current whereabouts so it can be confiscated by military authorities and the plotters captured. We have narrowed it's location to two or three very small plots of real estate in Central Asia and the Middle East, with an outside possibility it has already made it's way into the USA.

The device started life as a 3-10 Kiloton "large suitcase" bomb inside the former USSR. It was stolen during the Russian - Afghan conflict by Pakistani operatives, for the purposes of intended use against Russian Military invaders in Afghanistan. It was relocated to keep it's existence a secret when the USA became more prominent in the Afghan conflict against the former Soviet Union. Two to Three years ago, after 9/11, it was refurbished by AQ Khan of Pakistan with an enhanced Enriched Uranium-235 primer borrowing from a trichron design, and extensive repair rendered to it's tiny Plutonium-239 core, so as to insure that it will function properly. It was then transferred to ISI custody in Turkish/Syria, where it has been kept in deep hiding. One year ago, it began it's movement to it's present staging area where a special Al Qaeda suicide team has been staged for transport and detonation. A special Pakistani ISI unit in direct control of Al Qaeda, whose job it is is to lead the paper intelligence trail back to Osamma Bin Laden for the purposes of sheltering Pakistan, has been training these suicide bombers who are going to be identified after the detonation, and called "The Suicide Brigade of Holy Martyrs of the Dome of the Rock". A backup plan to move the bomb to Israel was discarded for fear that it's use in Jerusalem or other location will desecrate "holy Muslim ground". America is considered an infidel state and other than mosques and Muslims living here, is believed to have little religious significance, thereby making it "open territory" for Islamist terrorism.

ACSA had updated warning the USA of a possible such nuclear bomb or dirty bomb seeking a way to enter the USA on November 1, 2004 (Rumors of primitive or dirty nuclear weapon trying to enter the USA). We first learned of the plot back in December, 2003. Our many computer, telecom and electronics industry members and scientists from around the world have been monitoring and gathering bits and pieces of information. We have learned that the "Suicide Brigade of Holy Martyrs of the Dome of the Rock" is being very carefully trained to enter the USA in cargo or onboard a seagoing vessel that will not be scrutinized extensively, perhaps entering the port of Everglades, Florida or Baltimore, Maryland. When it reaches American soil with the Nuclear Weapon, which has been code named "The Avenging Jihn", it will then be decided whether to use it against the US Capitol area or Wall Street in NYC, considered the more likely target.

For example, a 3-10 Kiloton nuke against Wall Street would very capably take out every major financial institution in the Wall Street area, driving our economy into depression and chaos, while undermining every one of the World's markets, taking down most of the nations of the world and their businesses, leaving America's financial centers in utter chaos. Al Qaeda intends to place the bomb in the trunk of an innocuous vehicle such as a car or cab, and drive it into the target area. The vehicle will be rigged with a failsafe device and detonation initiator. Two Al Qaeda commandoes will operate the device, several other will be leaving claims regarding having detonated it, and will have committed ritual suicide in a flat which has been secured, which will also bear messages to their family and other propaganda materials hoped to instigate further Islamist Terror devotees.

Just as we were preparing this confirmation report, the Matt Drudge Report and several other news publications issued their own warnings that Osamma Bin Laden (named for Usamah, who under the Caliph Hadrat Abu Bakr, led the Muslims on an expedition against Syria in 632 AD) has received cleric approval for use of Nuclear Weapons against America. ACSA has proposed that clerics who issue such approvals be discredited, defrocked, and face equal punishment if their minion engages in the acts they have approved.

Here is the DRUDGE REPORT version of the story regarding Bin Laden recently released by former CIA agent Michael Scheuer:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

FORMER HEAD OF CIA'S OSAMA BIN LADEN UNIT SAYS THE QAEDA LEADER HAS SECURED RELIGIOUS APPROVAL TO USE A NUCLEAR BOMB AGAINST AMERICANS
Fri Nov 12 2004 12:02:34 ET

Osama bin Laden now has religious approval to use a nuclear device against Americans, says the former head of the CIA unit charged with tracking down the Saudi terrorist. The former agent, Michael Scheuer, speaks to Steve Kroft in his first television interview without disguise to be broadcast on 60 MINUTES Sunday, Nov. 14 (7:00-8:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Scheuer was until recently known as the "anonymous" author of two books critical of the West's response to bin Laden and al Qaeda, the most recent of which is titled Imperial Hubris: Why the West is Losing the War on Terror. No one in the West knows more about the Qaeda leader than Scheuer, who has tracked him since the mid-1980s. The CIA allowed him to write the books provided he remain anonymous, but now is allowing him to reveal himself for the first time on Sunday's broadcast; he formally leaves the Agency today (12).

Even if bin Laden had a nuclear weapon, he probably wouldn't have used it for a lack of proper religious authority - authority he has now. " secured from a Saudi sheik...a rather long treatise on the possibility of using nuclear weapons against the Americans," says Scheuer. " found that he was perfectly within his rights to use them. Muslims argue that the United States is responsible for millions of dead Muslims around the world, so reciprocity would mean you could kill millions of Americans," Scheuer tells Kroft.

Scheuer says bin Laden was criticized by some Muslims for the 9/11 attack because he killed so many people without enough warning and before offering to help convert them to Islam. But now bin Laden has addressed the American people and given fair warning. "They're intention is to end the war as soon as they can and to ratchet up the pain for the Americans until we get out of their region....If they acquire the weapon, they will use it, whether it's chemical, biological or some sort of nuclear weapon," says Scheuer.

As the head of the CIA unit charged with tracking bin Laden from 1996 to 1999, Scheuer says he never had enough people to do the job right. He blames former CIA Director George Tenet. "One of the questions that should have been asked of Mr. Tenet was why were there always enough people for the public relations office, for the academic outreach office, for the diversity and multi-cultural office? All those things are admirable and necessary but none of them are protecting the American people from a foreign threat," says Scheuer.

And the threat posed by bin Laden is also underestimated, says Scheuer. "I think our leaders over the last decade have done the American people a disservice...continuing to characterize Osama bin Laden as a thug, as a gangster," he says. "Until we respect him, sir, we are going to die in numbers that are probably unnecessary, yes. He's a very, very talented man and a very worthy opponent," he tells Kroft.

Until today (12), Scheuer was a senior official in the CIA's counter terrorism unit and a special advisor to the head of the agency's bin Laden unit.

1. Yep, that's what the PNAC needs to keep it going...
a 3kilo nuke on American soil will give the administration carte-blanche.

It won't be wall street though, we're Osama's future customers.

3. Which administration operative wrote this?
Heres the giveaway: (Intelligence gathering was complicated by ongoing efforts by Saddam Hussein, not wishing to be upstaged, to acquire nuclear materials for his own attack on the USA, which effort he was engaged in extensively between 1999 and 2003 culminating in deals behind the scenes necessitating the US invasion of Iraq.)

4. I don't know, but I think it's BS
... Soviet era nukes required regular maintenance to remain potent. I just don't think it's an accurate source. Not sure what the motive was other than fear mongering. But still, who's to profit from that?

5. Its a load of BS
to justify Operation Iraqi Liberation, and to curtail protesters during the coronation. One only has to ask 'Why would Pakistain want to nuke the US?' and you have your answer. Plus the BS line about Saddam and his trying to aquire nuclear materials being the reason for US invasion is very telling as it has already been shown that those documents (Niger Yellowcake) were false. What will happen is the uninformed masses will see this report and go into full 'plastic sheeting and duct tape' mode. Besides if anyone attacks inside the US in the next 4 years it will destroy GW's standing as 'the only canidate that can protect us from this threat' line of BS.

7. don't worrry, they'll get it in
along with the shoulder fired missiles and 324 tonnes of explosives so they can extend their power.

Don't be surprised if someone will be 'caught' with this(albeit in a non-functionl form) from the use of the "Fatherland Security Act" provisions to justify its extension.

6. Drudge is SO bizarre,
but listen, I can tell you this for a fact because my husband is DHS on the Border. No new evacuation plans, no new emergency plans, no new equipment, no new training,no innoculations, no new nothing, except a new building that costs millions of dollars & the roof leaks (ruined all the computers) and the heating and A/C sytem is shitty. The suprevisors did get brand new 4WD trucks to ride around in.

I think he said they have some duct tape in the storage room.

8. The US post office has post-nuke plans
So Tom Paxton wrote an amusing song with the chorus going like this:

"They'll be nobody left to read it,
but the mail will go through...."

9. Here's all the lyrics to this funny song
The Mail Will Go Through
By
Tom Paxton

They can go and drop the big one but the mail will go through
That's a promise to you, that the mail will go through
There'll be no one left to read it, but the mail will go through
What a wonderful change that will be

Yessir, modern life is scary, it's sure tough on me and thee
It's hard to count on anything these days
But when things get too hairy with their insecurity
We can count on the Post Office, Lord be praised
They say we'll all be cinders in the end
But there's one bright hope on which we may depend

The announcement was so welcome, it allayed our deepest fears
It was met with heartfelt cheers as we sank a couple o' beers
We can write to all our loved ones saying, We're no longer here
And the mail will go through

When the final war is over and it's been a great success
We've been powdered, more or less - comes the mail man express
He'll come sifting through the ashes till he finds the right address
And the mail will go through

So the future can't be all bad, there's a lot you've got to like
If they've vaporized your bike you can take a little hike
And get your letter in the chute between the first and second strike
And the mail will go through
