But no — figuring that offense is the best form of defense, the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity is planning a huge advertising blitz in August, Politico reports. The idea is to saturate key states during the Congressional recess by “pushing industrial and farm state Democratic senators to boost coal-friendly provisions in the Senate climate and energy bill.”
