1. I had econ 210 in college (macro-economics)... and that's all I needed to see this coming
from a long ways off. I pulled out of the stock market last year and started stock piling food.

For me, it was very basic -- albeit horrifying -- economics.

2. Truth Is Most Saw It Coming But Wished It Away
Just like they wished the housing bust away even though they knew when the housing market bubble came it was to good to be true.
