Off Shoring
Edited on Tue Dec-16-03 10:40 AM by wetbandit2003
Fellow Americans,
I have come across an article from fox news about IBM Offshoring
4700 american jobs to Asia. Not only that,,They are also requiring
the current workers who they are going to tell to hit the road, to train these asians. Talk about a slap in the face. Come on!!!! I think this is atrocius! A ploy only to protect the suit's perks and Cessna Citation jets. I think that we need to put a stop to this!
I think that for every dollar that is made with foriegn labor, the corperation should be taxed at least 70%. If the government should impose protectionism on something, it should be on foreign labor. Essentially, buying overseas labor is congruent to a foreign country exporting labor to the United states. This is a serious problem that must be solved. These suits are so greedy that they will put americans out onto the street in order to Keep a jet or to enhance their perks. This is stupid!!!!!!

1. Where is it all headed? Why allow it?

Everything about this corporate-military-banking-media-constitution revisionist-SS cabal is for short term gain and for their gain only.

Where is all this going? We are going to be an impoverished nation. And there are way too many fear-hating patriotic loyalists who think anything this administration and their friends do is OK and for our good. They can hate people of other religions and cultures, but they don't care if they do our jobs.

For all these years we have had American supremists shoving this stuff in our faces about how superior we are to people of other countries. The truth was that we are superior only in technology and work ethic and being able to speak our mind. We are not superior in human rights and and containment of bigotry and assassinations and causing massacres.

The cabal wants to reverse 80+ years of progress in our nation. No unions, no voice, WPA projects, hunger lines, lynchings. They want to reverse everything that they brag about. This is a takeover - disguised under a continuous rant of superiority.

And few care.

4. This is an inevitable consequence of "globalization"

The layoffs and offshoring will continue until our labor supply is as cheap as that which can be obtained elsewhere. This includes the formerly sacrosanct "white collar" positions, of course.

I wonder how many of those laid-off programmers thumbed their noses at the WTO demonstrators? Now maybe they begin to see the light...
