overview statics on the state of the working class in the US

Basically stuff most of us know, the working class has taken
a massive beating the last 30 years, the gap between rich and poor
has widened dramatically, but it's references BLS and so forth,
good overview, in depth.

1. Except for 1995 - 2000
now who was president during these five years when oddly the US working class was doing well?

2. Not exactly well, since wages never recovered to pre 1973
levels in terms of purchasing power, but full employment was starting to inch wages up ever so slightly.

4. Hitting a ledge after falling
off a cliff is relatively well. Don't expect it to get much better for two reasons: one, when you have to compete against slaves you are reduced to slavery, and when you have to share your civil rights with property, property has more rights and always wins.
