Excellent program tonight as Moyer's interviews author of new book, "Perfectly Legal: The Covert Campaign to Rig Our Tax System to Benefit the Super Rich."

Synopsis of Johnston's premise: The very rich have been using their "access" to Congress and federal agencies to gradually shape the tax code to shift the tax burden from themselves to the middle and upper middle class.

A transcript of Moyer's interview is not currently available on the PBS web site, but should be in the next couple days. This sounds like a book every red-blooded, tax-loathing American -- left and right -- should read before November.
