The AP has no problem running with the Dem label on sex charge convictions, or even the Dem label on sex charge assertions - see Clinton years - but the convicted former Mayor of Waterbury, Conn is never the former GOP candidate for Senator and (then) current GOP Mayor, and now this Penn. Judge somehow lost his GOP idendity. Very Curious.

Lawyers are bad. The worst of the lawyers are prosecutors, district attorneys. These are truly foul human beings. The worst one I ever met was a slug named Richard Guida. It made my skin crawl to be in the same room with him.
Recently Mark Pazuhanich came to light. Mark Pazuhanich was the district attorney of rural Monroe County in East Central Pennsylvania. The district attorney got himself elected judge. Who could doubt that he was a fine lawyer, husband and father, exactly the kind of Republican Stroudsburg deserves as a judge?
District Attorney Mark Pazuhanich took his 10 year-old daughter to a teenage concert in Wilkes-Barre in Northeastern Pennsylvania. A security guard couldn't help but notice his behavior with his little girl. He semed unnaturally friendly.
Judge-elect Mark Pazuhanich has been charged with indecent assault, corruption of the morals of a minor, endangering the welfare of a child and public drunkenness by his fellow district attorney in Luzerne County.
Mark Pazuhanich seems to have let his fingers do a little too much walking. Even a district attorney should learn to keep those fingers away from 10 year-old daughters. Think he'll do a day in prison for it?

Judge Pleads No Contest to Molesting Girl at Hilary Duff Concert in Pennsylvania
The Associated Press
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. (AP) - A county judge accused of fondling a 10-year-old girl at a teen pop concert pleaded no contest Monday, the day his trial was to begin.
Mark Pazuhanich was sentenced to 10 years probation and must register as a sex offender. He tearfully said in court that he would resign his Monroe County judgeship. Pazuhanich blamed his problems on alcohol and medication.
The victim testified at a hearing in January that Pazuhanich touched her inappropriately throughout the Hilary Duff concert on Nov. 29, several weeks after he was elected to the bench.
Pazuhanich also must stay away from his daughter, who attended the concert with him, unless the visit is supervised and approved by the court.
Pazuhanich pleaded no contest to two counts of indecent assault, one count of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of corruption of minors
