Debate audience already chosen

Not invited? You can catch Democrats on TV

Still don't have tickets for Sunday's debate at the Fox Theatre featuring the nine Democrats running for president? You're probably not invited.

Neither was Ron Baul, a Detroit resident and president of City Cab, who would like to be there.

"So, who did you have to be to be invited?" he asked.

To get one of the 3,000 tickets, you had to be on a list supplied by politicians, civic leaders, educators and organizations to debate organizers, said Georgella Muirhead, a partner at Berg Muirhead & Associates in Detroit, which is helping with debate planning.
