4. LOL What's the matter, BB?

Did Santa forget you this year? :-(

He left me a great big bottle of Bailey's. :9

The Easter Bunny left me a nestful of green eggs. They've been appearing every morning since the beginning of spring. More on my green eggs below.

The tooth fairy doesn't leave money any more, since I don't lose teeth, but he did leave me a blessing at my last dental appointment. My dentist said, "No cavities. Again. You've got the best teeth I've ever seen. They ought to write your mouth up in a medical journal."

Don't nominate the Grinch, BB! Allow this DK Menace to share some of my green eggs with you. More and more people are finding out that they love green eggs after all:

that DK Menace!
that DK Menace!
i do not believe that DK Menace!

do you believe in that man called Dennis?

i do not believe in him, DK Menace.
i do not believe in that man called Dennis.

would you believe in him here or there?

i would not believe in him here or there.
i would not believe in him anywhere.
i do not believe in that man called Dennis.
i do not believe in him, DK Menace.

would you believe in him in a house?
would you believe in him with a mouse?
i do not believe in him in a house.
i do not believe in him with a mouse.
i do not believe in him here or there.
i do not believe in him anywhere
i do not believe in that man called Dennis.
i do not believe in him, DK Menace.

you do not believe in him. so you say.
try him! try him! and you may.
try him and you may, i say.

DK Menace! if you will let me be,
i will try him. you will see...

say! i believe in that man called Dennis!
i do! i believe in him, DK Menace!
and i will vote for him in a house.
and i will vote for him with a mouse.
and i will vote for him here and there.
say! i will vote for him ANYWHERE!
i do so like that man called Dennis!
thank you! thank you, DK Menace!

:hi:

16. Good idea, DR!
In the spirit of the great Swami Beyondananda, a DK endorser, there is power in being able to laugh at yourself, with yourself, and it can be used to change things for the better. If we can get people laughing, then they'll want to know just what it is they are laughing about!

5. Kucinich has the Dean people shaking in their boots
Dean seems to think that getting Kucinich out of the race wil help him. However Dean would be the last caniddate the Kucinich supporters would consider supporting. Since I see Dean as being to the right of Nixon and his campaign as significantly less honest than Nixon's, I may write in Al Gore if Dean gets the nomination. Dean doesn't have a chance of winning in NOvember of 2004. Dean is un-electable. Those in California who don't approve of Dean's support for radiating our water supply (Yucca Mountain Nuclear Dump Site)will probably stay home in the next election. Dean's suport comes from hiding his positions from his supporters. By next year, the truth will be out.

6. Bingo!!!!
The Special Ks have REAL records. Kerry and Kucinich have REAL lifetime progressive actions to point to factually.

Dean has hot angry rhetoric coopted from Nader 2000 that temporarily masks his 11 years of compromising centrism (aka GOP asskissing).

10. A-men
A lot of armchair "progressives" and Hollywood types are backing Dean, when Kucinich is the real deal - he's who the activists and writers are backing.

I worry for those Dean supporters - he's going to make them look like fools.

14. I cannot do Dean for Education.
While he has some good sound bites, he supports too many pieces of NCLB for my comfort.

Instead, I'll put forth some other options:

William Cala: http://free.freespeech.org/ccse/

Gerald Bracey: http://www.asu.edu/educ/epsl/EPRU/bios/bracey.htm

Alfie Kohn: http://www.alfiekohn.org/

Ted Sizer: http://www.essentialschools.org/cs/resources/view/ces_auth/16

I'd like to see Braun for vp, and I like Carter for Secretary of Peace. I don't have opinions on the rest at this point.
