Lowest Approval Rating since 9/11

If I read the Pew Polls <http://www.pollingreport.com/BushJob.htm> correctly, bush has his lowest approval rating since 9/11/01.

date: 7/14 - 8/5/03
approve: 53
disapprove 37
Unsure 10

I wonder if he is about to "drop threw the floor." Isn't there something with stocks, where once a stock drops below a certain point it goes into complete free-fall. If bush breaks below his all time low, mightent he drop into the forties or thirties?

Then McCain and others will have to step in to save the republican party, and chaos will reign!!

4. 10% "unsure"?

How can you be unsure whether you approve or disapprove of the President? I could understand "Don't care" but "Unsure" is a little odd.
