Kerry-Gep tied for union vote
Man this race is close!!

"In the latest rolling three-day poll, Kerry registered 21.6 percent with Dean and Gephardt both at 20.9 percent. North Carolina Sen. John Edwards gained two percentage points to 17.1 percent, well within the poll's margin of error, putting all four top contenders in a statistical tie.

"It's a 3-way tie, and Kerry and Gephardt are now tied among union voters as Dean's labor support slips," Zogby said. With Edwards continuing to gain ground "this race is actually a four-way statistical dead heat.

"We might see these candidates exchanging leads all the way to the end," Zogby said, with 11 percent of likely caucus-goers still undecided and many switching their support as they take a harder look at the choices ahead of Monday's contest."

Kerry/Edwards would be a ticket I could be happy with.

5. I would certainly be happy with that ticket
Both solid Senators. Both voted in favor of the Iraq War Resolution.

It would be a good match and could pull in some Southern states too.

4. It depends
They want to do an entry poll, but Iowa is asking for that not to be reported so it won't influence the caucuses with less than 15%. If they don't report it, it'll be later in the evening before we get results and maybe only those entry polls. If they do report it, it'll be around 8:00 central. And it seems to me, that they would likely report cities mostly which would also skew Edwards' results from rural areas. So we'll see.
