I did it for a few years, and I can't honestly say that it did change my life nor I am personally satisfied that it is particularly good exercise but to each his own. It is very good for flexibility though so if you need help in that area, you will be pleased. But as far as burning calories, sweating off stress, achieving immortality in our time or any of that good happy stuff, I wouldn't hold my breath. I think it's seriously over-rated.
