least calories and low carbs in any Panera breakfast item??
Can't make up my mind and when I go to the calorieking counter for the Panera company.....I just give up and don't know what I want because they all are loaded with calories and carbs...... Any favorites that are low in calories and carbs??

2. I think looking at the nutrition calc...
that the best you're going to be able to do is the Strawberry Parfait at 310kCal and 45g carbohydrates; since I think they make it to order, you can probably ask them to half the granola and reduce that further.

310kCal is really not that bad for breakfast. If you eat 6 times daily @ ~300kCal you're under 2000 for the day. There is no real low-carb option on a Panera menu, except the souffles and in that case you're swapping carbs for much higher kCal in dairy fat and eggs.

3. Black bean chili
Even though it's a lunch item, mine will heat some up for me for breakfast if I ask. There's some kind of a yogurt parfait that I don't think is too terrible for you, but still more sugar than I like to eat.
