About 10-15 years ago, I met my then-GF's family at a big Sunday dinner. My GF was an EXTREME cat person -- with
four exotic cats. For MY contribution to the dinner, I made 'Kitty Litter Cake'. My GF was all for it, and except for one
15-year-old niece who thought it was "gross", EVERYONE loved it and insisted on serving themselves (you'll see why
in the recipe -- it's the "utensil").

Mainly because of the presentation, this is one of the most FUN desserts you will ever serve.
