I just closed on my new condo in Indy today!
I'm going to move toward the end of the month. I can't wait! :bounce:

5. That must be so exciting!



As a new condo owner, it must be a relief knowing that whenever there’s a repair to be done or an improvement to be made, you won’t have to do it yourself...












...especially the grass-cutting. And if you’re nice to the grass cutter, he might give you a lift to run your errands...
