1. Actually, that's not too bad to stockpile in basement against the Repubelican hell we're approaching
12 MREs go for about 70 bucks, so that's about $6 each, or $12-$18 a day. This is much cheaper, only about $3 a day.

I'd like to keep some MREs in the car for emergencies, though.

3. There are only two kinds of food
That which can be improved by the addition of chocolate, and that which can be improved by the addition of chocolate and cheese.

:D

Actually, at $3.33 a pound, that's not bad.

6. Fuck! That 2nd "chocolate" should be "bacon"!!!
:dunce:

I humbly apologize and will eat my weight in tofu before letting bacon cross my lips again. As atonement for my sins.

11. I have had mice get into my drawers in the bathroom
and eat through plastic makeup bottles that are pretty thick. They also at through any other plastic containers. I finally got rate poison and that solved the problem.

12. Well, they missed the boat at being a one-stop-shop.
They don't sell shotguns or rifles so you can defend your stake from the "Urbanist" Zombies.

14. Ah, but I bet those gallon cans
can easily be combined with other Costco products to create perimeter defense explosives

13. Hmmm, I guess I'm a little surprised
I checked out the reviews for these products and they were pretty positive. Wonder what they'll be like in 25 years, though??

I kinda like grocery shopping though. I like to handle my fruits and veggies and sniff my fresh fish.

That maybe didn't come out right . . .

16. And really, rehydrating assumes
that there is clean water to do that, maybe?

I dunno.

17. I dunno
I live here in Western Oregon, the original birthplace of rain. I doubt that water will ever be the limiting factor here. At worst a cheap filtration system or boiling turns wild water into a useable commodity
