Anyone watching 101 ways to leave a game show?

Two women sitting in different cars were asked a question. The one who got the answer wrong had a monster truck drive over their car. Even though she was wearing a helmet, it looked like so many things could go wrong. It wasn't easy to watch but it looks like she survived--though screaming loudly while the truck was over the top. This can't be real can it? Am overreacting? It just looked really dangerous.
