Harry Potter Fans - who are these two "evil" characters

My father bought a package of Harry Potter good vs evil playing cards for my daughter and we're at a loss as to who these two evil characters are:



I think one may be one of the snatchers/the lead snatcher. Not sure who the guy on the right is, though.

Any ideas?

is a very young Alan Rickman's character. I haven't read the books or seen the movies, so I don't know the character's name.

He was a Snatcher. I'm still working on the one on the right. This is driving me crazy.

And yes, the guy on the left is Scabior, a snatcher. He and his buddies caught Harry, Hermione, and Ron.

why would they put an unknown on there? I don't think they have Narcissa Malfoy, Yaxley, McNair, Antonin Dolohov or Amycus & Alecto Carrow on the cards (don't have them with me right now)
