Artisan? Really ?
There is an artisan KitchenAid mixer and an Artisan Lexus on the market. Artisan is a noun so apparently both the mass produced car and mixer are actually "a skilled manual worker who makes items that may be functional or strictly decorative."

I want a car that makes "furniture, clothing, jewelery, household items, or tools" ! or do they mean 'artisanal': the car and the mixer are hand made because that is almost as cool. It must take a long time to make a car by hand...

Wait.. What? It's just a way over-used word that has become meaningless? Boooooo.

3. Lol. Actually...
I'm pretty sure that the Artisan Mixer was meant to reflect the idea that it is a mixer FOR artisans. Not that the mixer IS an artisan :)

I own a slightly older model. Best mixer ever, fwiw.
