3. remember -
you are getting to see videos for free -- someone has to pay for it.
This used to bother me too until I realized if it weren't for youtube I wouldn't see any videos.
one of life's little inconveniences I guess. It's only 15 or 30 seconds.... we all want immediate gratification.

just my opinion.
