5. Actually you're doing a wonderful service for your community

As we all know, washing machines and dryers eat socks, but only one at a time. If someone didn't remove them, they'd be constantly getting clogged with single unmatched socks.

11. Off subject (but hey, it's my thread so what the hell...)

but I sometimes think about the not too distant day when us old hippies and rockers will be filling up the old folks homes... Will it be like the dorms back in the day, with 80 year old stoners lighting incense and stuffing a towel under the door to make sure the smell of weed doesn't get out into the hallway? ( I may even have to start a new thread about this idle speculation on a Sunday afternoon)

16. I actully started thinking about this when my dad moved into a retirement community

, thinking how much like a dorm it is, and realizing it'd be 'our' turn before too long...I really can imagine the whole incense/towel under the door routine all over again. Interesting idea for a sitcom... of course the reality would probably be even funnier. ...and can't think of a clever title either.

6-person donut runs at 3 in the morning after a round of frisbee golf, getting out of the car in a huge cloud of pot smoke, waving to the obligatory "inside the donut shop" cops - who waved back but never f*cked with us because we behaved...
