9. I was awakened twice by one of our ferrets this morning....

Chloe loves to wriggle between the bars of the cage and have little middle of the night adventures which include crawling into our bed and licking my head, this was at 3am!
Back to the cage!
That was the first time.
2nd time, is seems my daughter forgot to give them food yesterday so Chloe took it upon herself to wriggle out again. This time at around 6:30am and our dog Sandy was standing guard, it would seem, at our bedroom door looking into the kitchen. I was semi conscious at this point anyway, so I got up to see what she was staring at. Chloe, in her bag of food, looking out from inside as if to say. "Well what do you expect?"

13. I once had that happen. It didnt end well

The single and only time my ferret ever bit me. I was holding him suspended over my face, at least partially by the tail. He was young, I was young. Apparently he didn't care for it, as he bit my nose. Its quite sensitive in there, turns out.

Neither of us found ourselves in that particular position ever again.
