I kind of freelanced a custard based pumpkin ice cream recipe this afternoon. My mixture is chilling in the fridge, and I'll toss it in the churner tomorrow afternoon.

The last ice cream batch I made was horrible, but this mixture is really tasty. :party: :woohoo: :party:

5. Had a couple of scoops at my buddies.

Got home and had a whole bowl. This is one of my better batches of ice cream. I gave a 1/2 pint or so to CaliforniaPeggy, so we'll get an unbiased opinion on how tasty it was.
