3. It'll be sauteed chicken with black beans and rice and yellow corn, all together.
Spiced up with curry and cayenne, black pepper and garlic.

Possibly with red, green and yellow peppers and mushrooms too.

That's always an optional add-on.

The sauteeing is done with extra virgin olive oil, and a generous splash of Icehouse Beer.

The beer, incidentally, is also used for drinking.

8. Ha! Yes the spiciness of the dinner certainly needs the cool-down of a beer.
And the beer definitely needs the compliment of the meal.
