You are correct everyone is both part body part spirit. And spirit speaks through many people.


It sort of works like this, spirits move from person to person training them, once they are trained to be a certain way, they move onto someone else.

They work in a hierarchical system without free will, mostly minions of larger worse things.

And if you try to free a person without breaking the hold from the bad thing, then other things come back and try to train them again when the person tries to do what they think is best by better thoughts.

So if you find someone that is still being trained, and not just acting in a trained pattern, you can find an entry point and trace it back to its leader thing that is pulling the strings, you destroy or flip that thing, and many of the minions can be set free. And once free they still have what they learned, but also choice and better thoughts on what should be done. Although they also have to find a better source to think on once free.


Part of the problem is that the people already trained by them still act in same patterns. So even if not having strings pulled, or even if what trained them is gone, they still serve those things.



Basically that is why it can take years to find entry points and track back to the sources deceiving and hurting people, in a way that makes a difference.


And there are many sources that suspend in things like songs and stories, that trace back to better things that you can get strength and comfort from, many in songs and stories for instance.
