This computer problem is really annoying.
If anyone can help, please explain
My IE is super slow to load and my instant messenger hardly ever works, and when it does, I cant send messages. :hi: to the people I talk to on AIM, if I dont see you, this is why, not sure when I will be back. For those who are gonna try to help, I have Windows and XP is my operating system. Sigh I hate this damn computer. :argh:

2. Sounds like a classic "Spyware" problem

"Spyware" can be unwillingly downloaded, and creates many of the symptoms you describe...before signing off, check out:

3. do you know if limewire has it?

I feared it was spyware and what do you know it is. Sigh. Damn man I am stupid. Can I have a direct link to that. Its weird, I can post here but its really slow and stuff. Is there any hope?

Just go to http://www.lavasoft.de and download adaware. Run it, let it clean up your machine, then download the updates to ad-aware and run again (running it twice always seems to work better for me).

the original did not but now I think you have no choice.

bet you have gator or a similar spyware very active.

try www.spybot.com http://www.safer-networking.org/

or adaware as above. try that first then spybot if needed

9. Have you purged your cache lately?

Go to Tools>Internet Options. Under Temporary Internet files click the Delete Files button.

You may want to check your settings. Click on the Settings button. If your disk space is set to hundreds of megs then that is probably your problem. Set it 25MB.
