I love Planetfeedback.com
I was inspired to go there today after reading the post about walmart's new commercails, and found this gem of a letter:

I always knew that people like this existed. It figures it would be a walmart shopper who doesn't think walmart is right wing enough.

The responses are delightful.

1. Cool site, thanks!
Great for computer software and music and other items you can't return once they've been opened...

2. Thanks for bringing this site to my attention
I didn't know it existed until today. With big companies thinking they can get away with more and more I'm pleased to see sites popping up that at least make an effort to hold them accountable and get the voices of the consumers heard.

3. That is one scary letter
Fortunately, the letter writer (to use the term loosely) was able to look at the pictures in the book, as she appears to be functionally illiterate. :eyes:

4. I could be wrong
and will have to reread that letter very carefully, but I have a feeling that she's "putting them on" with Swift-style satire (eg: "A Modest Proposal").

5. You could be right
At the very least you'd think she'd have spell check.
