I grow parsley just to make the dressing. At first it was hard to find anchovy paste, but now I see it everywhere.

6. I use parsley and a little bit of whatever other fresh herb I have handy.

Sometimes a little bit of tarragon, sometimes basil, but most often dillweed.

Not that there's anything wrong with eating a salad while naked. Well, unless there's bread crumbs in the salad... that can sure get problematic. I'm sorry, what was the question?

It works for me. I buy really good salt for it. It's one of the few things you can really splurge and buy the best one the market for less than $2/lb.
