What is your favorite food item?
I love pretzels so much that I could eat them all day long.

What is your favorite food that you can't do without even if you are on a diet?

2. Potatoes!
I love them fixed any way. I never get tired of them.

I usually eat potatoes twice a day. My favorite way is microwaved, and then I top the potato with cottage cheese. Yum!

I am not overweight. Potatoes aren't fattening unless they're fried, and that's not the potato's fault.

7. Asparagus - fresh, of course.
I love eating it right out of the garden.

The slimy stuff in a can isn't the same vegetable. No wonder most kids hate this wonderful and nutritious delight.

8. Pasta.
I've eaten pasta in one form or another at least twice a week as far back as I can remember, which is about 44 years (I'm 48). Often I eat it five to six times a week.

My daughter and I share one relevant characteristic: if it contains pasta or cheese, we'll eat it. And probably like it a lot. I do pretty much anything with pasta. I've made it with eggs for breakfast. I'm cooking some tonight. Almost anything works with pasta. I enjoy dozens of varieties all the time. Gotta have my noodles.
