1. I LOVE Kathy Griffin!
I was so sad to see Chance died! She loves her dogs so much!

2. I know, but I think "team Griffin" will be so happy with "Larry"
I hope Tom really isn't stressed that much that he really does pull his eye brows and lashes out!!! Yikes!!!

3. It's probably due to the fact he lives with his boss
they may have a great relationship, but being around your boss 24/7 like that can't be good for your stress levels. Even "Tom Time" (which I interpreted as an extended vacation, something this guy has earned) turned into "Tom doing something with Kathy Time." I got pissed, though, that the "star shrink" attributed his sleep-eating to "stress" and not Ambien, which has been shown to cause not only sleep-eating but sleep-driving.

I lost it when Chance died. I've been there, done that one too many times with my furkids, but I think Larry the Insurance Sales-dog is a great fit for Kathy, Pom Pom, and Tom.

4. Larry the Insurance-Sales-dog seems like a great fit
Tom certainly took to him immediately, and Pom-Pom really seemed to like him too. Kathy was scared that he might be a Chance replacement, which is valid, but his personality didn't seem like Chance's at all, and she was won over really quickly. I love that she's a big dog person!

6. She made me cry last night....
but it looks like Larry will be great for her family.

I'm concerned about the guy assistant though. Sleep eating on ambien is one thing (and let's face it, the sleep cam was HILARIOUS), but he's pulling out his eyebrows and eyelashes? He needs more than a silly flairathon.

8. he has trichotillomania, a form of OCD,
It manifests long before his age, he's had it his whole life, they've mentioned it before.
